Exchange and Return Policy 

To ensure the safety of our customers and the quality of our fragrance products, all sales are subject to the following conditions in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law: 

 Returns and Exchanges within 14 Days: 

 Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its completely original condition, unopened, and in its sealed plastic wrap (cellophane). 

 The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. 

 Defective or Damaged Products (within 30 Days): 

 In the event of a manufacturing defect (such as a faulty perfume spray or bottle leak) or receiving an incorrect product, the item will be exchanged or fully refunded, including shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt. 

 Non-Returnable Cases: 

 Opening the packaging, removing the cellophane, or testing/spraying the perfume. 

 Custom-made products or items manufactured based on a special request with customized specifications for the customer. 

 Damage resulting from improper storage or misuse after receipt. 

 Refund Mechanism:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within (5-14) business days from the date the returned product is inspected and received at the branch/warehouse

Shipping Policy

 Delivery Time

2 to 3 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 5 business days for all other governorates.

Shipping Cost

A fixed fee displayed at checkout, with free shipping available on orders exceeding a specified amount.

 Package Inspection

Inspection is allowed for the outer packaging only to ensure there is no damage or breakage; opening the perfume cellophane in the presence of the courier is strictly prohibited.

 Order Tracking

You will receive a text message with a tracking link as soon as your order is out for delivery. Two contact attempts will be made before the order is canceled.
